Gender Equality & Diversity Strategy

The IGFAE’s Gender and Diversity Strategy constantly monitors measures to comply with these principles in access, presence, promotion and representation within the institute. This document was prepared by the IGFAE Gender and Diversity Working Group and was approved by the Governing Board on July 6, 2021.

Collaborations

– In June 2020 IGFAE joined GENERA network (Gender Equality Network in Physics in the European Research Area), whose aim is to support, coordinate and improve gender equality policies in physics research organisations in Europe and world-wide. Due to this IGFAE participated in a COST proposal, BIRDIE.
