The Galician Institute for High Energy Physics, IGFAE, invites applications for three year postdoctoral fellows within the highly competitive “La Caixa” Junior Leader program. Outstanding candidates interested in joining our institute should apply via http://www.juniorleaderlacaixa.org/
The program is divided in two categories:
- “la Caixa” Junior Leader – Incoming:
30 postdoctoral fellowships that will be hosted at Maria de Maetzu/Severo Ochoa Excellence Centers (including IGFAE). For Spanish institutions, candidates must have resided in Spain less than twelve months in the three years immediately prior to the deadline for applications. - “La Caixa” Junior Leader – Retaining:
15 postdoctoral fellowships for researchers of all nationalities to carry out research at any university or research centre in Spain or Portugal. For Spanish institutions, candidates must have resided in Spain more than twelve months in the three years immediately prior to the deadline for applications.
The grant includes a competitive salary for the fellow, additional funds for research, interdisciplinary training programme, research stays, networking activities and an important mentoring framework.
