Direct reactions with Fresco: a mini-tutorial on how to use it

The mini-course will be held over two days at IGFAE and is intended for graduate students, early-career researchers, and postdoctoral fellows.

It will introduce the main concepts of the theory of direct nuclear reactions and explain how these theoretical frameworks are implemented in the FRESCO reaction code. Particular emphasis will be placed on applications relevant to the experiments carried out at IGFAE, with specific case studies illustrating the use of reaction theory in our current research.
