Dear Tyler,
We had actually just managed to upgrade your poster (abstract number 361) to a talk (new abstract number 475) in a session joint with WG6 on the Thursday, is that not possible for you?
Thanks,
Tom

Dear WG1 convenors,
I am emailing regarding my DIS abstract which was assigned a poster presentation in WG1 (see below).
Unfortunately, I am afraid that I may have a scheduling conflict during the conference that would prevent me from presenting the poster. I am not sure it is feasible to find a replacement on such short notice, so I respectively request that my poster be removed from the session.
Please let me know if there are any questions or concerns.

Dear colleague,
we managed to get some more time in a common session of WG1 & WG6 on Thursday morning.
Therefore we can now propose to upgrade your poster (abstract number 386) to a talk
(new abstract number 476). Could you please let us know whether this is fine with you
and whether you can come in person?

One more issues, I do not see abstract assigned to this joint session .
Could you, please, add 344, 361, 67 , 331. 386 , 415
We will keep 407 in our session.

Asunto: Re: schedule
Dear Yulia and WG6,
Thanks for your email, in WG1 we have also now completed our timetable.
As for the joint session we agree that Thursday's 2nd session (the one before lunch) is optimal, this would then overlap with a session in WG1 on theory which should ensure minimal issues of attendees wishing to view both sessions at the same time.
We note you have included two talks from the joint session here (this is assuming the two talks already here for the joint session are your CORE talk and the SIDIS talk which I think is the joint talk 386 merged with your talk 407), however also there are currently two other WG6 talks here which are not relevant for the joint session. We believe there are then 4 remaining talks to be added here that were agreed for this joint session - 344, 361, 67 and 331. In that case the 4 extra talks plus the two you already have (CORE and SIDIS) would make 6 for the joint session which could be fitted here. The two other WG6 talks currently assigned (the two directly after the coffee break currently) may then need to be assigned to other sessions. Please let us know your thoughts on this.
Best,
Tom for WG1 (Tom, Klaus, Barak)

Dear Yulia,
On the slot for the joint session, p[lease tell me when you want it and I will implement it.
Posters will be shown during the reception, Tuesday evening 19.15-21.15. You have to tell me which contributions have been accepted as posters.
On the time slot for the zoom, zoom will be continuously on during the sessions so you can decide. The only thing is the time zone for the speakers but this is up to you.

Dear Nestor,
We (WG6 group ) finished arrangements of talks in our session.
But we have few questions:
1. We do not see a slot for our joint session with WG1 ( CC to WG1 group) - at the moment we selected
last two talks on Thr. as selected for this session.
2. When is a slot for poster session? . Do we have to arrange posters there as well?
3. Also, we combined talks for Zoom-only session which is currently the last session on Wed. Please, let us know if we need to shift it to other day/timeslot.

Dear Nestor,
Great thanks, the abstracts in WG1 for this session are I believe 67, 331, 344 and 361. I then believe WG6 want to include 386 merged with 407 here and also 415 but perhaps you should check with them for these.
Thanks,

Dear Tom,
Tell me the numbers of the abstracts and I will try to do myself. The problem is that you can onlu associate one session (subject) to one block (time slot), and those abstracts are already associated to the session WG1. Once I put them there, you should be able to move them.

Best
Nestor

Asunto: schedule
Dear Nestor,
We (WG6 group ) finished arrangements of talks in our session.
But we have few questions:
1. We do not see a slot for our joint session with WG1 ( CC to WG1 group) - at the moment we selected
last two talks on Thr. as selected for this session.
2. When is a slot for poster session? . Do we have to arrange posters there as well?
3. Also, we combined talks for Zoom-only session which is currently the last session on Wed. Please, let us know if we need to shift it to other day/timeslot.
Best, Yulia, Alessandro and Michela

Re: [**SPAM?**] DIS2022: for participants who cannot attend in person
by Poonam Choudhary
Dear Organizers,
Thanks for allowing online participation. I am writing to confirm my participation. I have one query regarding registration fees. Since I am participating online and participation fee is 200 Euros. The financial support which lowers the participation fee to 50% Is it applied for online participants too ?
Thanks and Regards,

While we still encourage you to try to attend in person if it becomes possible, we have decided to open the possibility of online participation in a limited number of cases such as yours.
