Dear Fatemeh Taghavi Shahri,
Unfortunately the organisers have decided that posters must be presented in person, therefore there is no option for online poster presentations. I hope we can hear about your work elsewhere in the future.
Many thanks,

Re: [Indico] Abstract Acceptance notification (#379)
by Marco Bonvini
Dear Tom,
sorry for the very late reply. Unfortunately, the reason for my silence was not covid related, but it was due to family health problems that arose meanwhile. I've waited some time to try to understand how the situation was evolving, and see if I could make it. Unfortunately, the situation isn't improving.
I am really sorry for this, but given these boundary conditions I cannot come to Santiago to participate to the conference in person.
If there is the possibility to give the talk remotely, I think I can do it. Unfortunately I cannot be 100% sure because on May 2 we have a visit which may condition the subsequent days, and I cannot know in advance.
If you feel safer cancelling my talk, I perfectly understand.
I apologise for this inconvenience.
All the best,
Marco

Dear Conveners,
thanks for accepting my contribution.
My plan is to come in person to the conference, hoping that the covid situation does not get worse. Unfortunately this is difficult to predict, and my director cannot confirm my business trip now. I will be able to give you a definite confirmation 3-4 weeks before the conference.
Best,

Hi Tom,
Ok, its pretty easy for us to put it in Wednesday early morning (session 1)
so we've gone ahead and made that change. We're aiming to have our draft

Hi Tom,
We've made a preliminary pass of our agenda and plan to upload it to indico
tomorrow. We currently have one session including those talks which we've
currently scheduled for the third session on Tuesday (early afternoon). We
weren't quite sure which sessions you didn't want us to overlap with as
from a first glance most of your sessions seem to have talks about PDFs.
Until we upload the agenda, we still have some flexibility to shift it
around on Tuesday or Wednesday so let us know if there are particular
sessions of yours that are OK to overlap with (Thursday we are planning a
joint session with another group).
Cheers

DIS 2022
by Klaus Rabbertz
Dear colleagues,
we managed to get some more time in a common session of WG1 & WG6 on Thursday.
Therefore we can now propose to upgrade your poster (abstract number 344) to a talk
(new abstract number 474). Could you please let us know whether this is fine with you
and whether you can come in person resp. who will be the speaker?
Thank you very much,
Klaus for WG1

Dear Nestor and Tom,
Unfortunately nor me nor Alessandro have such a button - I believe this
is because the new submission is actually registered with Nestor: the
notification says "Submitted by: Nestor Armesto Perez". That is to say I
don't have any "my contributions" (which I believe should be under
"contribution list").
I guess we will hit that wall again the moment I want to upload my
slides ...
Cheers,
Felix

Re: Change title+abstract of merged talk #61
by Felix Hekhorn
Dear Tom,
Thanks for updating the submission! As the timetable is now available I
had a second look to the new submission and realized that the speaker is
still Alessandro instead of myself. Could you please adjust the speaker?
Thanks and see you soon,
Felix
PS: actually, the speaker is not listed in the Abstract Acceptance
notification (that's why I didn't realize earlier) - maybe this could be
improved in future conferences?
