question about COVID

Hello,
I am going to register to the conference and come in person (I have a talk on may 5th).
My employer is afraid that I could have problems to find an accommodation in case I contract COVID during my travel.
Could you please tell me what I should do in the unlucky case I get COVID there?
He wants to know if hotels have rooms that can be occupied by hosts with covid, including a service to get food and medicines.
Are there COVID hotels or do hotels provide these services? I have green pass with 3/3 doses.

Hi Nestor,
I have transfered 265EUR, and 15EUR for extra handling fee. But finally it seems there is 35EUR for handling fee, so now I think you may have received 230EUR, is it correct?
I am confused about how to do next, maybe I should transfer 20+35EUR for completing the payment? or could do you please refuse the bank transfer, and I would tansfer the money again?
or could you please give me some suggestions?

In the indico page , it says that 'the registration fee is 430 EUR' for me, but it also says 'if the conference has to be moved online due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund (minus bank transfer expenses) down to a smaller online fee will be done.'
This made me confused, I can't go to Spain, so I need to attend the conference online, so how much do I need to pay for registration？？？
By the way, my presentation is https://indico.cern.ch/event/1072533/contributions/4778132/ , but the speaker is not me, I am not sure if it is the final version, maybe you would update the speaker in a few days?
