Proceedings
The proceedings of the IS2013 Conference will be published in a special issue of Nuclear Physics A -- only the plenary talks and a small selection of the parallel talks are invited to submit contributions.
In order to guarantee a fast publication of the interesting results presented at the conference, the
(hard) DEADLINE has been fixed to January 10th 2014
please make sure that you submit your manuscript by this date. Extensions are very unlikely and the Elseview submission system will be automatically closed after the deadline
