Bio

I got my Bachelor\'s and Master\'s degrees from the University of Concepción in Chile, where my work focused on simulating black hole shadows in beyond-GR physics. Currently, I am doing my PhD at the IGFAE, supported by an FPI predoctoral fellowship, under the supervision of José Edelstein. My current research investigates higher-curvature corrections to the Einstein-Hilbert action, utilizing neural networks and numerical methods to look for rotating solutions to field equations. Presently, my main interest in physics lies at the intersection of theory and astrophysics. I am particularly interested in the observational signatures of these higher-curvature gravity corrections.
