Dietary restrictions

Dear Nestor, all, as dietary restrictions, I would like to ask for a strictly gluten free option with add ons: + *strictly* gluten free (sin gluten) + free from industrial glucose syrup (sin jarabe de glucosa) + without glutamate (sin glutamato) Everything else is perfectly fine (fish, meat, fruits, milk, wine & coffee, etc...). From my experience at the last DIS, please mind, a single vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free sprout-salad is not a suitable dish. Please excuse the complication and thanks for your support.
