Hi,
Please tell me which talks I should put into the joint session, for you to place in the
block. WG3 sent me four that I have already set as WG3+WG4,
#129 "New physics results with the CMS Precision Proton Spectrometer" speaker:
Enrico Robutti (Univ. di Genova e Sez. dell'INFN)
#135 "Search for new resonances in the photon and jet final state using CMS
data" speaker: Varun Sharma (Univ. of Wisconsin)
#480 "Searches for rare top quark production and decay processes with the ATLAS
experiment", Marcos Miralles Lopez, marcos.miralles.lopez(a)cern.ch
#484 "Search for rare and exotic decays of the Higgs boson and additional scalar
particles in ATLAS", Diallo Boye, diallo.boye(a)cern.ch

Dear Nestor, All,
I don’t see the response on this question on our mailing list, so let me send you what I
believe is WG3 / WG4 agreed on (dear all, please double check if anything is amiss)
The first 7 talks is (to the best of my understanding) is of joint interest, but it cuts
into the last afternoon parallel session, that WG3 wants to also use for their own talks.
The abstracts title in yellow are those submitted to WG3 (I don’t see their numbers)
Best regards,
Olga

Dear all,
Please send me the list of talks for the joint session and I clone them and accept for
this new session. It seems to be no other way...

Dear Nestor, dear Maria, dear all,
I have been trying to schedule the WG3 top talks so that they are at
least in the schedule for now. However, in contrast to in the pure WG3
session, I could not choose among the accepted abstracts but it rather
seemed that I had to implement the whole contribution again. I am
pretty sure that this is not the right way, however, I am not sure
whether I just did something wrong and did not find the right button
or whether there is still something missing that would allow the
inclusion of the abstracts.
If anyone knows how to solve the issue, please let me know.
Best wishes,
Heidi

I have created a new session WG3+WG4, with a block on Wednesday
afternnon, from 15.00 to 19.00 with a coffee break in the middle. I
hope to have given the right permissions to you all.

Asunto: Re: [DIS2022_wg4] Re: DIS 2022: Combined session of WG 3 and WG 4?
Ok. Summarizing: it is intention to organize a joint parallel session of
WG3+WG4 on wednesday afternoon for "Top-quark physics: new theoretical
and experimental results".
The permissions are needed to both the WG3 and WG4 to edit the calendar.
Nestor, can you please allocate the session and the correct permissions
in indico, so that all conveners of WG3 and WG4 can edit and fill it ?
The session will start at the beginning of the afternoon and probably
include nine talks. It will be followed by stanadard parallel sessions.
It will also be perhaps a good idea to have a large room, since this
this is joint. Any suggestion in this respect ?
