Hello,
I’m Xilin. I’m wondering that is it still only in person option for DIS 2022 meeting. Is it possible to join remotely?
Thank you!

Dear organizers,
I was informed that my abstract "Upcgen: a Monte Carlo generator of
photon-photon interactions in ultra-peripheral collisions of heavy ions"
(#238) was accepted. Unfortunately I will not be able to give a
presentation in person due to Covid limitations, as it is impossible to
get a vaccine and an appropriate certificate recognized by Spain in
Russia at the moment. Moreover, I will not be able to travel to Spain
due to flight regulations that were recently introduced.
Is it possible for me to participate online?
Thank you in advance,
Nazar Burmasov

Dear Heidi, Adam, and Heather,
Due to the Covid19 quarantine in my country, I can't present the poster in person in Santiago de Compostela.
So, Is it possible for me to show my poster online or ask someone to take my poster to the conference?
Best regards,
Mei-Sen

Dear speaker,
we have not heard back from you whether you (or a co-author) will be
able to give your talk or present your poster in person. We would be
grateful, if you could confirm until next Friday, March 25, 2pm (local
CERN time) that you will be able to come to Santiago de Compostela.
In case you encounter problems due to Covid regulations in your
country or at your institutions or due to medical problems, please let
us know; also if it is still unclear whether you will be able to come
to Santiago de Compostela.
For the further planning of the conference, it will be very helpful to
know your travel status and your answer will be very much appreciated.
Best regards,
Heidi, Adam, and Heather
