The venue will be at the “Auditorium ABANCA", located in the historical centre at "Rúa do Preguntoiro 23", 5 minutes from the Cathedral. The building, known under the name of "Pazo de Ramirás", was originally the Palace of the Gimondi Counts, whose coat of arms is still clearly visible in the front wall. The Palace was the residence of the Gimondi Counts in the XVIII and XIX centuries, but was of course renovated several times since then. The auditorum was built in recent years and can accomodate more than 600 persons. Parallel talks will take place at the Faculty of Philosophy building, located at "Praza de Mazarelos", 3 minutes from the Auditorium. Lunch and coffee breaks will take place at ABANCA building in Plaza de Cervantes. Free wifi connection will be available.
