Ana Trevisani, SL does not accept changes or returns of registrations once paid.
In case of justified cancellation, any of the activities, either not reach the minimum number of participants or for reasons beyond the organization, we will proceed to refund the amount paid by bank transfer.
Such cancellation will not entail any type of compensation or compensation to seniors of the refund of the amount paid.

RECORDING AND DISSEMINATION
The participants in the FPCP2020 to be held from from June 8 to June 12, 2020 are aware of the audio and image recording by the organization of both the speakers and the attendees.
They agree with the transfer of their own image to ECAI for use in audiovisual materials prepared by it, from the recording made of that event, and authorize the capture of images and sound derived from their presence and participation in mentioned events.
The participants assign the rights of their own image, in regard to these acts, for the realization of audiovisual materials in any type of media and for their use by any technical reproduction procedure or image and sound exploitation system.
This assignment includes the rights of transformation, distribution, public communication and reproduction, as well as any others that may correspond to it, with no limitations other than those derived from the current Intellectual Property Law. This assignment is made without any temporal or territorial limitation. This assignment is made free of charge.
