I trained as an experimental nuclear physicist at the University of Buenos Aires, where I completed my PhD studying reaction mechanisms induced by weakly bound nuclei. During this stage I gained experience in detector systems, experimental measurements and phenomenological modelling. I later joined ITeDA in Argentina and became part of the Pierre Auger Collaboration, focusing on the Underground Muon Detector, detector calibration, long-term monitoring and data-quality validation. This work gradually led me from detector operation towards the scientific exploitation of large astroparticle observatories and to coordination responsibilities within Auger. Since 2026 I have been a postdoctoral researcher at IGFAE, where I am expanding my work towards multimessenger astroparticle physics. My research now focuses on the detection of ultra-high-energy neutrinos and photons, combining air-shower reconstruction, trigger development, detector-response studies and muon-sensitive observables to improve the sensitivity of the Pierre Auger Observatory. I am particularly interested in connecting detector-level developments with high-level physics analyses and in contributing to the search for the most extreme particle accelerators in the Universe.
