Dear all, Yet another issue: please tell me how many in person and how many online talks you will have in each WG. The number of in person spakers should be directly related to the number of in person attendants and help me to decide which room for which WG. As I told, we have rooms for >100, >100, >100, 70-80, 35 and 35 persons. I plan to send a final bulletin tomorrow and one of the items ask the speakers to check the times of their talks. - Can you provide me with a list of posters per WG? In the general list there maybe some ones that you know they will not be presented. - Please inform me how each WG will organise to give the summary talks on Friday 6th. For those WGs in which no one is in person at the site, the local contact might give the talk if you prefer although, of course, it can be done online.
