DIS2022: question on schedule

Hi Heather, Adam, and Heidi,
Our abstract on strange tagging at future lepton colliders was accepted
(yay!!) to DIS2022 as part of WG3:
https://indico.cern.ch/event/1072533/contributions/4796708/
I am currently the preferred speaker for the associated talk - I was
wondering if you had any idea as to when the talk may be scheduled,
e.g., which day of the conference? The reason I ask is because I am
helping with testbeam measurements up to and including May 3 (this was
schedule a while back), and so if the talk is planned on or before May
3, I may require remote accommodations.

I've been selected by the CMS Conference to give the Parallel Talk "Vector boson scattering in CMS" in the Electroweak Physics and Beyond the Standard Model of the DIS2022 Conference.
Since I was not able to find how much time I have in order to present my contribution so far, I'd like to ask you if the time for a parallel talk has already been decided, and if yes what is its duration.

DIS2022: for participants who cannot attend in person

Dear colleagues,
You have expressed interest in participating in DIS2022 but face large difficulties to attend in person due to the COVID situation. While we still encourage you to try to attend in person if it becomes possible, we have decided to open the possibility of online participation in a limited number of cases such as yours.
Those who have not done yet, please register at the conference web page https://indico.cern.ch/event/1072533/, indicating in the comments that you will participate online. Those who have registered, please send an email to dis2022-registration(a)igfae.usc.es indicating that you want to attend online. The conference fee for you will be 200 EUR until the early registration deadline, Friday April 8th 2022, and 250 EUR between April 9th and April 25th. The fee will be used to cover the cost of the meeting rooms and the technical requirements for online participation.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen personal/family issues we've only been recently able to clarify, none of us four will be able to attend DIS 2022 in person.
If the conference is indeed going ahead fully in person and remote talks are not an option, we'd regrettably have to ask to withdraw our abstract.
