The talk is still under discussion within the ATLAS collaboration.

We are trying to pick up the right candidates to give the talk. But we might need to know if the registration fee is mandated if one only gives the talk online.

Dear conference organizers,

I'm one of the possible talkers at this conference. And due to our institutions' restrictions because of the COVID-19, I can't attend the conference in person. So I was wondering if I should still need to pay the registration fee?
