Por exemplo, o m\u00e1is pequeno dos 4 experimentos principais do LHC, LHCb, est\u00e1 a xerar ao redor de <span style=\"color: #055dc0;\"><a style=\"color: #055dc0;\" href=\"https:\/\/lhcb-public.web.cern.ch\/lhcb-public\/en\/Data%20Collection\/DataStorage-en.html\">250 GB de datos por hora<\/a><\/span>. Nun momento no que estes experimentos se levan a cabo mediante colaboraci\u00f3ns internacionais, a instalaci\u00f3n deses recursos nun s\u00f3 centro de datos nunca foi unha opci\u00f3n viable. Ao ser os grupos de F\u00edsica de Alta Enerx\u00eda (HEP) pioneiros no uso e desenvolvemento de t\u00e9cnicas de computaci\u00f3n distribu\u00edda, establecen unha colaboraci\u00f3n co\u00f1ecida como <span style=\"color: #055dc0;\"><a style=\"color: #055dc0;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Worldwide_LHC_Computing_Grid\">Worldwide LHC Computing Grid, Rede Mundial de Computaci\u00f3n LHC<\/a><\/span> para abordar o desaf\u00edo. A Rede \u00e9 unha colecci\u00f3n de recursos inform\u00e1ticos distribu\u00eddos en todo o mundo e interfaces que fan innecesario co\u00f1ecer a s\u00faa localizaci\u00f3n para acceder a eles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"lead\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Clasificamos os recursos inform\u00e1ticos de WLCG en catro niveis:<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1547546994537{border-left-width: 25px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;border-left-color: #154074 !important;border-left-style: solid !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #154074;\"><strong>Nivel 0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Situada no CERN, est\u00e1 a cargo da custodia dos datos sen procesar do detector, o procesamento de datos inicial e a s\u00faa posterior distribuci\u00f3n aos diferentes Nivel 1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1547547055109{border-left-width: 25px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;border-left-color: #154074 !important;border-left-style: solid !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #154074;\"><strong>Nivel 1<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Estes son centros de computaci\u00f3n con altas capacidades de procesamento e almacenamento. Deben brindar apoio as 24 horas, os 7 d\u00edas da semana. A s\u00faa funci\u00f3n principal \u00e9 a reconstruci\u00f3n de pistas de part\u00edculas involucradas nas colisi\u00f3ns e a selecci\u00f3n daqueles eventos de interese para o cient\u00edfico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1550494934695{border-left-width: 25px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;border-left-color: #154074 !important;border-left-style: solid !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #154074;\"><strong>Nivel 2<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Xeran datos de simulaci\u00f3n e, dependendo do seu tama\u00f1o e o experimento que est\u00e1n a realizar, pode realizar tarefas de selecci\u00f3n e reconstruci\u00f3n de datos. Un ou varios sitios poden formar este Nivel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1550494942220{border-left-width: 25px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;border-left-color: #154074 !important;border-left-style: solid !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #154074;\"><strong>Nivel 3<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Recursos inform\u00e1ticos locais proporcionados s\u00f3 aos cient\u00edficos asociados coa instituci\u00f3n anfitrioa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">En 2002, o noso Instituto puxo en funcionamento un grupo de computadores para proporcionar o 60% dos recursos computacionais do centro espa\u00f1ol LHCb Nivel 2 (ES- LHCb- T2) e a Universidade de Barcelona proporcionou o 40% restante. O centro espa\u00f1ol LHCb Nivel 2 dese\u00f1ouse para ofrecer ao redor do 6% da potencia computacional total proporcionada por todos os centros de Nivel 2 ao experimento LHCb. Este obxectivo foi alcanzado e mesmo superado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Na actualidade, o noso Instituto proporciona aproximadamente 1000 n\u00facleos e 10kHS06 (unha referencia de potencia inform\u00e1tica desenvolta pola comunidade HEP baseada na referencia SPEC para medir as capacidades das CPU e adaptada para as necesidades da nosa comunidade) ao LHCb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">No ano 2008 p\u00faxose en funcionamento un Nivel 3 para proporcionar recursos inform\u00e1ticos aos grupos Nuclear, Theory e LHCb no noso Instituto. Actualmente, este cl\u00faster proporciona preto de 1000 n\u00facleos e aproximadamente 15kHS06. Tam\u00e9n achega ao redor de 200 TB de espazo de almacenamento. Os usuarios poden acceder a aproximadamente o 33% dos recursos inform\u00e1ticos de forma interactiva, mentres que o resto est\u00e1 dispo\u00f1ible a trav\u00e9s dun sistema de cola.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row foundry_background_style=&#8221;bg-secondary&#8221; foundry_padding=&#8221;pt64 pb64&#8243; foundry_parallax=&#8221;not-parallax&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/6&#8243; offset=&#8221;vc_col-lg-offset-1&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;1461&#8243; img_size=&#8221;300&#215;300&#8243; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1530609941177{padding-top: 15px !important;}&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;7\/12&#8243; offset=&#8221;vc_col-lg-offset-1&#8243;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1547547331062{border-left-width: 25px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;border-left-color: #154074 !important;border-left-style: solid !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #154074;\"><strong>Microelectr\u00f3nica<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Os experimentos que investigan fen\u00f3menos novos e part\u00edculas subat\u00f3micas desco\u00f1ecidas requiren detectores dedicados. Estes deben desenvolverse para configuraci\u00f3ns experimentais como o experimento LHCb en CERN, experimentos nucleares como R3B en FAIR e experimentos de astrof\u00edsica (materia escura, experimentos de neutrinos).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Para o futuro, o Instituto est\u00e1 a contribu\u00edr \u00e1 execuci\u00f3n de alta luminosidade do LHC (HL- LHC) (Actualizaci\u00f3n LHCb Fase II) e planea contribu\u00edr \u00e1 instrumentaci\u00f3n de experimentos de ondas gravitacionais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">No IGFAE contamos con infraestruturas para dese\u00f1ar, crear prototipos e probar produtos electr\u00f3nicos producidos para todos estes tipos de programas de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Existe un laboratorio para a caracterizaci\u00f3n e construci\u00f3n de detectores de silicio. Conta cunha sala limpa (30 m<sup>2<\/sup> actualizable, clase 100.000) cunha m\u00e1quina de uni\u00f3n de cu\u00f1a e diferentes equipos para probar os sensores de silicio. Un segundo laboratorio ded\u00edcase a desenvolver microelectr\u00f3nica (poboaci\u00f3n de SMD e laboratorio de reelaboraci\u00f3n) e un terceiro laboratorio para o desenvolvemento de sistemas de lectura, equipado con sistemas DAQ de \u00faltima xeraci\u00f3n e osciloscopios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row foundry_padding=&#8221;pt64 pb64&#8243;
