Registration

The registration end date is 16 August 2019.

We recommend registering as soon as possible. To register for the TWEPP 2019 conference, please execute these two steps: 

1.-Fill the registration form at the cern indico service https://indico.cern.ch/e/twepp2019/

2.-With the Indico Reference Registration Number given at step 1, fill the application form at our local webpage http://igfae.usc.es/twepp2019/registration/

Registration fee

  • Early (until July 9, 2019): € 470

  • Late (From July 10, 2019 until August 16, 2019): € 520

  • Tutorial on Monday morning September 2: € 80

 Information registration fee

  • The registration fee includes full access to the TWEPP 2019 conference, including conference materials, coffee breaks, buffet lunches, guided tour + welcome drink on Monday and conference dinner on Wednesday.

 Accompanying persons

  • Accompanying persons fee: € 120 (includes guided tour + welcome drink and conference dinner)

 Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation of registration received before July 4, 2019 –  an administration fee of 20% will be charged.

  • Cancellation of registration received after July 4, 2019 – no refund of registration fee will be granted.

  • Cancellations will be accepted in writing only (twepp2019@igfae.usc.es) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.9

  • Late (From July 10, 2019 until August 16, 2019): € 1.775,00

 Information Exhibitor registration fee

  • The registration fee for exhibitors includes full access to the TWEPP 2019 conference for 1 person*, including conference materials, coffee breaks, buffet lunches, guided tour + welcome drink on Monday and conference dinner on Wednesday.

*In case of being more than 1 person, the amount to be paid for each additional person is 470,00 €

  • Stand contract

Cancellation policy
