At IGFAE, we stand behind this principle and firmly believe that every individual, irrespective of gender, race, religion, age and other social characteristics, should have the same opportunities in their a scientific career. Among others, scientific excellence involves:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Harnessing the potential of all the talent available.<\/li>\n<li>Taking measures to facilitate conciliation between personal and professional responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Promoting the development of the scientific career.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We want to promote these values and raise awareness at IGFAE on discrimination at the workplace.
