A iniciativa, promovida polo EduLab do IGFAE, e coordinada pola investigadora do IGFAE Cristina Cabo, ofrece ao alumnado de bacharelato de centros educativos de Galicia a s\u00faa primeira experiencia investigadora en f\u00edsica nuclear de part\u00edculas.<\/p>\n<p>Neste acto, enmarcado dentro da VI Edici\u00f3n da Semana da Ciencia do IGFAE, participou unha representaci\u00f3n dos equipos que tomaron parte na 1\u00aa edici\u00f3n do certame. Durante o pasado curso, decenas de estudantes afondaron no co\u00f1ecemento desta disciplina a trav\u00e9s do uso dos Minipix, uns detectores h\u00edbridos de \u00faltima xeraci\u00f3n desenvolvidos polo CERN (Organizaci\u00f3n Europea para a Investigaci\u00f3n Nuclear). Estes aparellos funcionan como unha c\u00e1mara, fotografando as pegadas que deixan as part\u00edculas procedentes do cosmos ou dunha fonte radioactiva ao atravesar o sensor. Estas pegadas indican o tipo de part\u00edcula que se est\u00e1 a observar, a s\u00faa enerx\u00eda, a carga el\u00e9ctrica, a s\u00faa orixe e a s\u00faa traxectoria.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-14669\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8888\/igfae-ber\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/demostracion-medra-300x188.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"188\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Coa informaci\u00f3n recollida nos experimentos e o posterior traballo de an\u00e1lise de datos, o alumnado redactou un artigo cient\u00edfico, que ser\u00e1 enviado a unha revista cient\u00edfica do \u00e1mbito educativo para a s\u00faa publicaci\u00f3n. Durante o encontro deste venres no IGFAE, o alumnado realizou unha presentaci\u00f3n da investigaci\u00f3n desenvolvida ao abeiro de MEDRA.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Inscrici\u00f3ns abertas para a 2\u00aa edici\u00f3n de MEDRA<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O acto serviu tam\u00e9n para lanzar a convocatoria da segunda edici\u00f3n do proxecto, que ter\u00e1 lugar no presente curso acad\u00e9mico. O IGFAE ceder\u00e1 un detector Minipix a cada centro participante durante un per\u00edodo de 2-3 semanas, no que os equipos deber\u00e1n realizar un experimento sobre f\u00edsica de part\u00edculas. O <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/DesignPageV2.aspx?subpage=design&amp;FormId=LEUNj6S3ZEm4EIw5c3RHe7yBdrcjWUtFqv5ESCk5UFdUM0tWTjdOVFFEMVlYM05aR0tQVjNITkFNTi4u&amp;Token=6cef7321227044b68d7ea294caea4fac\">formulario de inscrici\u00f3n estar\u00e1 dispo\u00f1ible desde este venres 10 ata o vindeiro 30 de novembro na p\u00e1xina web de MEDRA.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/DesignPageV2.aspx?subpage=design&amp;FormId=LEUNj6S3ZEm4EIw5c3RHe7yBdrcjWUtFqv5ESCk5UFdUM0tWTjdOVFFEMVlYM05aR0tQVjNITkFNTi4u&amp;Token=6cef7321227044b68d7ea294caea4fac\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FORMULARIO DE INSCRICI\u00d3N PARA A SEGUNDA EDICI\u00d3N DO PROXECTO MEDRA<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Durante o desenvolvemento do experimento, o persoal do IGFAE colaborar\u00e1 con cada grupo para realizar o traballo con \u00e9xito. Este apoio complem\u00e9ntase coa informaci\u00f3n facilitada no manual do proxecto e outros materiais formativos, como videotutoriais, para garantir o correcto uso do dispositivo e, por tanto, unha axeitada toma de datos.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Sobre EduLab<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>EduLab \u00e9 un foro de intercambio e co-creaci\u00f3n coa comunidade educativa onde o persoal cient\u00edfico do IGFAE e a comunidade educativa (profesorado, estudantes) \u00fanense para po\u00f1er en marcha proxectos colaborativos.
