Diversity matters

Diversity is crucial to excellence. At IGFAE, we stand behind this principle and firmly believe that every individual, irrespective of gender, race, religion, age and other social characteristics, should have the same opportunities in their a scientific career. Among others, scientific excellence involves:

• Harnessing the potential of all the talent available.
• Taking measures to facilitate conciliation between personal and professional responsibilities.
• Promoting the development of the scientific career.
