Dear colleagues (IAC, IOC, LOC),
I send you some statistics of the submitted works, as agreed:
- We finally have 87 contributions, including 5 invited talks.
- If I did not count too badly, at CERN's meeting in 2022 there was a
bit over 80 (81-84, depending on how I estimate it).
- That, said, I have the impression that several of the contributions
should be combined. As an example, if following my suggestion (attached),
we would be left with 79 contributions, that I still think is a decent
number. In principle, we could reasonably accommodate up to 70 talks...,
and 10-20 posters.
- I attach the book of abstracts and an excel sheet that you can use as
a reference for providing your feedback. Please, do either of the
following two:
* Append a comment to each contribution as: 'talk', 'poster',
'reject', or 'merge with #'.
* Add a numerical mark and optionally any of the above tags.
*The LOC will include all feedback received by next Sunday, July 14th,
in order to produce the final list of accepted works.
*
all the best
Diego
