Dear colleagues,
Some news:
1- We would need to agree on the journal for the proceedings. I checked,
and the best options (that are, on top, free from fees!)
seem to be JINST and NIM. Any preference here?.
2- Sorry for the delay with the agenda, I will prepare a preliminary one
over the incoming week, together with
prospective conveners for each session.
3- We filled already all pre-booked rooms at the campus (that are very
affordable, 258E per double room for the whole
stay), but I was somewhat surprised that very few students requested it.
Please encourage your students to apply, as
it might be possible for me to allocate rooms that are left vacant down
the road.
4- Please, encourage your colleagues to register as soon as possible!.
