Happy new year! We’re getting organized in WG3. Regarding the action items you emailed about:

- we’ve drafted an email for the speaker’s bureaus and will have it to them by the end of the week

- on the same time scale, we’ll get in touch with the QCD and future colliders WG conveners with our rough plan for WG3, as these groups will have some overlap with us.

- the ‘representative’ for our group will be Adam (amarti41@nd.edu)

Thank you very much for accepting to serve as the conveners of WG3. I am sure you will put together a great program for WG3.

At this point, we would like to ask you:

(i) to contact the speaker’s bureaus of experimental collaborations asking for abstracts.

(ii) to designate a “representative” among yourself to ease communications with us (of course any correspondence will be sent to all three of you).

We are going to open the abstract submission hopefully soon, once the conveners of the other working groups have been confirmed.
