Hi Nestor,

We completed the timetable and it's online now, sorry that we're so late. Is there a way to bulk-email all the authors to get them to check speakers, times and titles? I don't think we have access to the registrants' emails.

Here's a list of all the online talks that we're aware of, with the session block they're in:

163 Maxim Nefedov (Tuesday, Session 2)
341 Ming Li (Tuesday, Session 3)
9 Marat Siddikov (Tuesday, Session 3)
41 Gabriel Santiago (Tuesday, Session 4)
350 Renaud Boussarie (Tuesday, Session 4)
370 Keping Xie (Tuesday, Session 4)

117 Martin Hentchinski (Wed, Session 3)
10 Adrian Dumitru (Wed, Session 4)

179 Hao-yu Liu (Thurs, Session 1)
408 Maxim Nefedov (Thurs, Session 1)
149 Piotr Korcyl (Thurs, Session 2)
27 Lin Dai (Thurs, Session 2)

That's 12 online talks out of a total of 46.

Here is a list of 10 posters, which I think you asked for as well. I'm going to confirm with authors now that they will be present and the presenter and title are correct. I guess you can verify the two under your name!

For the session chairs, since Rafal unfortunately can't make it, we thought it would be better if the sessions are chaired by people who are present, as otherwise it's hard to see who has a question, etc. So we will share it between Guillaume, Tolga, who offered to help, and myself. But we also thought it might be nice to ask a couple of the sessions to be chaired by chosen attendees. We'll finalise this asap and let you know.

For the Friday summary talk: we'll share it with Guillaume, where he covers the theory talks and I will the experimental ones.

Please let us know if there's anything else missing from the info you asked for!

Many thanks,
Daria
