Dear Richard Ruiz, Thank you for your prompt email, indeed there are a very large number of abstracts submitted to our WG and given the upcoming early registration deadline we wished to provide some indication of the current status of all the talks submitted. Given the very large number of submissions, as it stands therefore your abstract has been accepted as a poster. However, we wanted to contact you as the situation regarding abstracts is not yet 100% clear given the complications of covid and in person attendance and also the potential of an additional joint session which is not yet determined, as a result we currently have assigned your talk as one of a few backup talks and there is therefore a possibility you may ultimately be able to give a talk in person. Nonetheless we understand if you wish not to be considered as a backup talk, therefore please let us know if you wish to be considered for this or not and apologies for the complications.
