Dear Tom,
One of the collaborators will be able to attend the conference and give the talk: Dr. Jorge Henrique Alvarenga Nogueira (jorge.ifusp@gmail.com).
Please consider him to replace me.
Regards,
Wayne de Paula.

Dear Wayne,

Thanks for getting back to me, would none of your colleagues be able to attend to give the talk in person? Currently the organisers are pushing for a completely in-person meeting so it may not be possible to give the talk remotely. If none of you are able to attend, please confirm the reasoning and then we can forward your case to the organisers.

Many thanks,

Tom

Dear Tom Cridge,
I will not be able to attend in person. I could do it on-line.
Regards,
Wayne.

Dear colleagues,

Could you please confirm whether you are able to attend in person to give this talk? We are being asked to provide this information to the organisers as soon as possible (this week).

Thanks again,

Tom (for WG1)

Dear Emanuel Ydrefors and Wayne de Paula,

Thanks for confirming this, we appreciate your understanding. Could you also confirm that one of you will be able to attend in person in Santiago to give the talk?

Many thanks,

Tom Cridge (for WG1)

Dear colleagues,

Could you get back to us regarding this request as soon as possible so that we can proceed with abstract acceptances? Given the short time until the early registration deadline we wish to conclude this on Monday.

Many thanks again,

Tom Cridge for WG1 conveners

Dear colleagues,

I am writing to you regarding your abstracts submitted to WG1: Structure Functions and Parton Densities at DIS2022 in Santiago de Compostela. As you may be aware, being one of the first in person conferences in a long time, we have received an extraordinary number of abstract submissions. As a result, we are writing to ask you if it might be possible to merge two of the abstracts submitted by yourselves and colleagues of yours.  The abstracts we refer to are "Pion parton distribution function in Minkowski space" (abstract number 115 submitted with proposed speaker Wayne de Paula and coauthors Emanuel Ydrefors, Jorge Henrique Alvarenga Nogueira, Tobias Frederico and Giovanni Salme) and "Minkowskian three-body model of the proton and Ioffe-time imaging" (abstract number 242 with proposed speaker Emanuel Ydrefors and coauthor Tobias Frederico), which we hope may be merged given the shared authors. Please share this email with your collaborators and let us know if this is would be fine for you as the authors as soon as possible and thanks in advance for your understanding. We would also ask you to confirm that a member of your collaboration would be able to attend to give the talk at Santiago in person.

Many thanks,

Tom Cridge on behalf of the WG1 conveners (Tom, Barak, Klaus)
