Hi Nestor,

One additional question. Is it fine if we contact the confirmed remote speakers now and inform them that they can give a virtual presentation? If you would prefer us to wait until you make a formal announcement allowing remote registrations, please let us know.

By the way, has the conference fee been set for WG conveners?
