Great thanks, the abstracts in WG1 for this session are I believe 67, 331, 344 and 361. I then believe WG6 want to include 386 merged with 407 here and also 415 but perhaps you should check with them for these.
Dear Tom,
Tell me the numbers of the abstracts and I will try to do myself. The problem is that you can onlu associate one session (subject) to one block (time slot), and those abstracts are already associated to the session WG1. Once I put them there, you should be
able to move them.

Dear Nestor,
Thanks for creating this, I can now access the session and manage it, however when I try to add contributions, the WG1 abstracts do not seem to appear to add, there is only the possibility to add new contributions rather than select those in our WG1 list as
far as I can see?
Best,
Tom

Dear Klaus,
I have created a new session, and now conveners of both WGs are managers of the session and of the block. Please tell me if now it works.

Dear Nestor,
it doesn't work fro us to change the agenda of the common session.
We don't have the "Manage timetable" button that is required for that.
Could you please check?
Thanks,
Klaus
