Hi Jae,

Yes, we have scheduled you for a remote presentation:

https://indico.cern.ch/event/1072533/contributions/4776255/

You should have received an official email about this from the DIS organizers ~2 weeks ago, but maybe not everyone received the information.

In any case, please let me know if you are okay with the talk as currently scheduled.

Hi Barak,

I was just wondering whether the final decision has been made on contributors giving talks remotely.
Some of my colleagues tell me that they got the ok from the organizers and I just wanted to make sure if this is on the way.

Thank you for your time and consideration,

Very respectfully,

Nam, Jae D.,

Hi Jae,

Thank you for the information. The organizers are pushing for a mostly in-person conference, but there may be a possibility to give a remote presentation. I will let you know once the organizers make a final decision.

Regards,
Barak

Dear colleagues,

Thank you for your abstract submission (number 121) for working group 1 of DIS2022 in Santiago de Compostela. We are emailing to confirm that you will be able to attend the conference in person to give this talk. Please confirm this to us as soon as possible as we need this information to share with the organisers.

Many thanks,

Barak Schmookler (for WG1 - Tom, Klaus, Barak)
