Dear Organizers,

I have a complicated situation with the payment of the fee.
On the web-page it is stated that "the registration fee covers lunches, coffee breaks, a reception and the conference dinner".
This creates certain problems for our secretariat, they need some kind of a separation of the expenses, namely the price of the meals from all the rest.
After paying the entire fee, would it be possible to get a receipt specifying only the "non meal" part of the amount?
Alternatively would it be possible to pay only the "non meal" fee or pay the "meal" part separately, or pay only the "non-meal" part and skip lunches, coffee-breaks, etc.

I am sorry for this inconvenience, but our secretariat has strict rules and they cannot reimburse the "all inclusive" fees.
