Dear Local Organizing Committee:
I recently received an email from the conveners of WG2 that my abstract has
been accepted and that I should confirm my availability to present my talk
in person in Santiago (or provide a substitute which actually is not an
option in this case). It also indicated that this should be done by email,
but no email address has been provided, so I decided I'll write to you
directly.
In my personal case, I unfortunately cannot confirm you that I will assist
in person in Santiago de Compostela. I was therefore wondering whether
there exists still the possibility to present the talk in a online/hybrid
format.
In case this would be possible, I would be very happy to present my talk
in that format; otherwise I probably would have to withdraw it. I
completely understand the wish to return to a "in presence" format and
support in general the idea.
Best regards,
Martin
